Brian brings 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry to his role as General Manager. Throughout his career, he’s had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including steakhouses, casinos, and family entertainment centers. His professional journey includes a significant period in the heart of Chicago’s Millennium Park, where he honed his skills for more than two years.
Brian is deeply passionate about leading teams and delivering exceptional service, and he will strive to bring that enthusiasm to every aspect of the restaurant.
Outside of work, he cherishes spending time with his family—Brian is the proud father of three with his wonderful wife. He also enjoys traveling and is an avid sports fan, with a particular fondness for the Bears, White Sox and Bulls.
